Thank you very much for the La Valenciana grill set. It is absolutely perfect as a replacement for our 10 year old Beauclaire bbq, which has finally rusted away. The cast iron top and paella dish from our Beauclaire fits perfectly onto the La Valencia burner, and this purchase was far cheaper than buying the new Cadac bbq, which is not as convenient and a real pain to clean! This is just a quick note to say how pleased I am with the Chef's Choice sharpener I picked up from you a week or so back. It's renovated my favourite knife (a reasonable quality Sabatier) which, after almost eighteen years, had a couple of slight nicks in the edge.
